In our company internet is protected with some program like APACHE.
But we are using the internet by using vtunnel
but in vtunnel youtube is not working.
Also I cannot download from megaupload or mediafire.
which website help to download these things and watch youtube.
advice please.

It seems that sites such as videos or megaupload are restricted from the servers end might, only a person or some people who work in the technical department would be able to view all those sites. This is commonly done in big companies to avoid piracy and to get access, you will need to confirm with your technical department guys in order to view such site, till then nothing can be done without an admin login with full rights
