Facebook and Gmail account id is hacked

Could u pls help me sir? I suspect my gmail account & facebook account is hacked by someone.How to solve?Although i followed security options...iam helpless.Iam using wireless connection.Might be bcoz of that?Expecting ur reply With respect, shibinpanayi

You can change the password of those two accounts if you have attached your Gmail account to any secondary email account.

• Go to Gmail login page.
• Enter your e-mail ID
• Click on Forgot Password link
• Now enter the alternative e-mail ID. This will send the link to change the password of your G-mail to that other secondary account.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and change your password.
