According to my concern that you need some files on your system so you can solve your problem. this requires the following steps: first of all close the application in the system and after that go to the following location:
quarantine folder:
Quote:
C: \ Data \ Avira \ AntiVir Desktop \ INFECTED
here on the INFECTED folder delete the file of inside and then you restart the system and then go through your problem. if it is not removed then you need to run the system in safe mode and after that delete this file. Thai hope will help.

In my opinion I think it is necessary to perform the sfc/scannow and so that you can solve your problem. First, restart the computer in safe mode and you click the Start button and then we hit the run. Now on the run type CMD and after that make select on the ok button. Now on the command prompt type the following and after that click entre:
Quote:
Sfc/scannow
Now while doing this you will get the successful method and after that restart your system and then go through your issue.

I would like to suggest you the following things: first open the AntiVir and after that locate to the Configure AntiVir. Now on the Configure AntiVir make hi to the Expert Mode and after that Guard. Now on the Guard select the Exceptions. Now on the Exceptions copy the following: C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\HP Support Framework\Resources\HPResources.exe. Now once you finish this hit the add and after that make click on the apply and after that ok button.

I have faced the same issue and I would suggest you to restore the file from Quarantine and so that you can get ride your issue. to do this go to the start and after that select the AntiVir. Now on the AntiVir go to the Administration and then select the Quarantine. Now once you enter the Quarantine and after that make right click on the quarantined object and choose Restore object or press F3. Now you will get the application and under that go to the VirusTotal and after that submit HPResources.exe from the C: \Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\HP Support Framework\Resources. Now once you gone through this and let me know the issue.

I have faced the same issue on mine system and so I would like to suggest run the HPResources.exe error fix and so that you can solve your issue. To download this make click on the below. Now once you click on this you will get the .rar file and after that once you download this make right click on that and after that select the extract. Now once you extract the file and after that make double click on the .exe file and then go through the steps give on the wizards. Once you finish this and after that go through your issue.

I would to recommend you to repair the system. To repair your system needs to have the installation CD for your operating system. First install a CD or DVD into your system and reboot. While restarting the press any key to boot from CD or DVD. Now once you press any key will get the windows of the unit and select the appropriate language, and then we come to the next. Now the installation of Windows, go to the repair option and then make a success in that.

I think your antivirus is out dated or not updated and so therefore I would like to suggest you to update your antivirus and so that you can solve your issue. To update your antivirus first go to the Avira antivirus official website and after that make download the latest update. Now once you finish the downloading and after that save it on the desktop. Now once you finish the saving and after that open the Avira antivirus and after select the update from the menu and after that select the manual update. now on the manual update option select the downloaded file and after that hit the ok button and then your antivirus will update and after that make scan and then go through your issue.
