Avira found rootkit infection on my system

I have installed the windows vista on mine system and I have also using the Avira antivirus. Everything on the system works fine without any issue and I don’t have any issue. Recently mine Avira antivirus found the rootkit infection on mine system and after that mine internet explorer crashing and also I have got the message saying that: windows host process has stopped working. Now I don’t what to do. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

Now once you make click on this hit the save file. Now once you finish the downloading and after that insert the blank DVD or CD on your system. Now make double click on the .exe file on the downloaded file. Now once you make hit on the Yes and after that make click on the burn CD.
