question Viruses on my hard drive

I have a virus on a drive.i want to know if its possible that it spreads to other disks if i don't open any of the drives?

Yes offcourse. Once you get virus in your hard drive, No matter which partition, it will spread to your entire harddrive. Hence, before it do its work, scan your system with any updated antivirus and eliminate it.
