Unable to keep static TCP/IP address

We are using 3 computers; one is used by me and other one by my wife and other for any guest. But we are having only one printer, it’s of HP LaserJet 1320tn. The printer is being shared on Network so that we both can use the printer. But it every time gets conflict with ip address of our computer. Everyday the IP address of my computer gets changed. Since we are not changing that, we have checked our Router setting also, everything is fine.

Since printer is output device for our computer we can print our document and other important paper. You are having more than one pc, you can use one printer fro all computer for printing purpose. First install the printer on any one computer properly. And share the printer properly, provide a full access to all users and reboot your system. Give a test paper to verify that the printer is properly installed on computer. Now when the User Want to print some document then just add printer and proceed fro printing.

If you have successfully shared your printer then also print command is not recognized from the client then check whether the client has properly added the printer from printer and faxes. And verify that the computer is powered-on where printer is installed. Now don’t add printer with the name add it by IP address. Just open the printer and faxes from control panel and let know the IP address of the computer where printer is installed now click on “Add Printer” the “Add printer Wizard” will get Opened and this will guide you while adding the printer. Now Select the “Connect to this printer (or browse for a printer, select this option and click next”).the specific printer with the specific IP address will get added to client computer. Now the Your Issue is solved.

If you are using antivirus with the firewall then first disable the firewall and give print command if it worked, then config firewall properly. Or config your Network IP address manually. Select my Network place and property of that then a double click on LAN connection icon or right click on that select status and config your IP address. Properly put the IP address and DNS server Ip. Then try to add Printer and print the test page to confirm printer is properly added.

Re: Unable to keep static TCP/IP address

The device such as a printer always requires a static IP address. We should keep our computer IP address Static, to Printer properly. Open the Cmd Prompt and type”Ipconfig/release” and config the network ip status properly and reboot your system. If your issue is not solved then you can try by changing your NIC card and config it well. And checked the proper LAN driver is installed on computer and internet connection from Service provider is proper.
