Sponsored Links
I am using the windows 7 on mine system and everything on the system working fine without any issue. Last night while I am restarted mine system and after that on the desktop I have got the Trojan alert from the fake antivirus called the Hard Drive Diagnostic and mine system started working slowly. I have closed this popup and now I am getting continuously this popup. Now I don’t what to do. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue. I have Microsoft security Essential on mine system.

I think you need to turn your system on the safe mode and after that make scan from the Microsoft security Essential and so that you can solve your issue. To go to the safemode first close the all application on your system and after that restart your system. While restarting your system hit the F8 key and while doing this you will get the boot menu and under that choose the safe mode with networking. Now once you start the system on the safe mode and after that makes scan your system through Microsoft security Essential. I hope this will help you.

I would like to suggest you to make online scanning on your system and so that you can solve your issue. To do this first close the all application on your system and after that go to the some official website and after that make search for online scanning. Now once you get the online scanning then download it. While downloading makes sure that you have downloaded the online scanning from the official website. Once you finish the downloading and after that install it on your system. I hope this will help you to solve your issue.

I have gone through this same issue and I would like to suggest you to delete the registry key and so that you can solve your issue. To do this first make click on the start and after that make click on the run. now on the run type Regedit and then hit the ok button. now on the registry entry go to the following location and after that delete the all entries.
Quote:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “[random]”
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “[random].exe”
Now once you finish the removing and after that restart your system and then go through your issue.

To delete the Trojan on your system you need to go through the following steps: first close the all application on your system and after that makes click on the start icon on the desktop and after that click on the run. Now on the run type taskmgr.exe and then hit the ok button. Now once you finish the you will get the task manager and under that go to the process tab and under that delete the following exe file by right click on that and then select the end process.
users32.exe
susp.exe
rpnqrdnm.exe
Now once you finish this and after that go through your issue.

I would like to suggest you to repair your operating system and so that you can solve your issue. To do this first insert the installation CD on your system and after that restart your system. While restarting your system hit the any key to boot the CD and after that you will get the windows and under that select the language and then hit the next. Now on the setup windows make click on the repair. Now once you finish the repairing and after that go through your issue. I hope this will help you.

If above all solution doesn’t help you then I would like to suggest you to reinstall the operating system and after that go through your issue. To do this first you need to uninstall the operating system first and to do this first make hit on the start icon on the desktop and after that make click on the control panel. Now on the control panel go to the add/remove program and under that select your operating system and select the remove. Once you uninstall and after that install the new windows 7 on your system and after that go through your issue.
