I would suggest to use some better antivirus on your system, then you can get ride your problem. First uninstall the antivirus in the system and after running some virus cleaning. Now once you finish the cleaning and after that install some antivirus on your system and when you finish the installation and later than make scan on your system. Once this is over and after passing through the problem. I hope this will help you solve your problem. |

I have faced the same issue on mine system as well and I think you need to delete some file on your C drive and so that you can solve your issue. to do this make strike on the start and after that make click on the my computer. Now on the windows explorer go to the C drive and after that make click on the programdata. Now on the programdata folder locate to the nngdcaj06300 and after that delete the nngdcaj06300 file. Once you finish the deleting and after that go through your issue. |

I would like to suggest you to uninstall the operating system and after that install the new again and so that you can solve your issue. To do these make click on the start and after that go to the control panel. Now on the control panel make select open the add/remove program and after that remove your operating system. Now once you remove the operating system and after that install new one and after that go through your issue. |
