Then I altered a few IE9 settings and again started the browser and then each and every add-ons together with the Norton Toolbar vanished. But, I am so sorry to say that I have tried each of the solutions and all your efforts are vain. I did not get stuck up however I had no joy. I'm using the release edition of IE9 32-bit under Windows 7 64-bit.Norton Toolbar did not show after downloading & installing the release adaptation of IE9.Hoping that you have the Menu Toolbar shown, in IE9, move to the "Tools" menu, "Internet Options". Then Tools, followed by Internet Options decide on the "Advanced" tab, and roll down to the "Browser" sub-heading. Make certain that there is a tick in the box. Enter ok to relate the settings. Shut all instances of IE9. Then again open IE9.You will be able to observe the "Norton Toolbar" below View, Toolbars menu. Pick "Norton Toolbar" in case it hasn’t been previously ensured.
