    D-link wireless ping issue

    hello,
I have D-link wireless G usb adapter DWA-110 connected to the router DI-524, and i have regullar pings jumps over 1500ms. After that jump, everything stands normal till another one ping jump. Time duration between these jumps are about 1 minute.
Question is, what problem causes those pings, maybe my adapter or router is checking connection to the internet regullary or something? If so, how could i disable that option? my OS is windows xp.
Thanks for attention and sorry for my bad english

    Re: D-link wireless ping issue

It could be a connection error you just need to check your all connections. Check your connection from computer to the router, connection to the adapter. And if all the connections are proper then you need to just change your wires. Hope this helps you out.
