Hi, I have seen your problem and I have one solution for you, I hope it will help you to solve your problem. in many organization I have seen that, users should not have admin access to machines, it means that user are not allowed to install updates, if you want to do so, you can check in the security option and give the access to users to install such updates like java and adobe. Java and adobe are very relevant updates, by doing change in security option you can fix this. All the best!

Hey I have gone through to your problem, and I also have the same policy and requirement in my company. I can understand the requirement for PDF reader and java. My organization is also not allowing for the third party software, instead of allowing user for update, they are taking some bad actions like software management and lessening the attack surface. They are removing redundant software like java and adobe; they are going to use lesser attacked products. If the server is strict then third party software will not do for you.

Guys, I can understand your situation as I have also gone through to this, actually this is not your mistake, and this kind of preventive measure should be taken my company itself. I don’t know much more about the third party but you might be able to do something with GPO, but it’s been so long that I have used this, so I can’t assure you about that how long it will go with you, but I can surely say that for the time being it will solve your problem. Just wait for the company to take such decision. All the Best!

This software comprehensively assesses, deploys and updates server and client computer automatically. So I would suggest you that you should give suggestion to your company about the same software. Just try to do this; I hope company will do it for you.

Hey friends, I am totally agreed with the above post and I have some more information about this software. This software is user friendly and optimized for windows, and it supports Windows 7 brilliantly. This is the best choice for gaining enhanced insight to control over IT industry. My company has started to work with it; you must suggest your organization for the same.
