total security with black screen of death

Hi, I recently got the black screen of death. Now I've looked up how to fix it, and tryed to fix it with Ctrl Alt Dlt, and then click new task to open internet explorer. But after i click ok, Total security blocks me from using any program, and since I have the black screen, i have no idea how to remove it

Microsoft’s newly release of security patches is causing a few computers to display black screen of death. The most recent patches are causing for a few Windows fans. Redmond tweaked the Access Control List (ACL), which details entity object consents for a logged-on user. Microsoft’s most recent modification to ACL registry keys have rendered a few installed applications as ineffective, by stopping them from running and causing a black screen to emerge.
