    Password for Cisco guest Network

We have a small LAN in our office and it is working fine without any issue. WE have used the Cisco routers in order to configure the LAN setup all over the office. There are different routers and hubs and all are Cisco products. We have given different credentials for different clients which are connected to the LAN network. However we are getting problem while connecting from the Guest account. The user cannot connect to the Cisco Guest Network by the use of the digital E-reader. Can anybody help me to find the password for this?

What’s the Model number of the Cisco Router you are using now? Most commonly the Guest password will be blank or may be same as the user name. Sometime it depends on the administrator how he/she set it out. If you are administrator of the router or the LAN then you can easily assign the password for Guest access by going into the Cisco configuration page. If the password is already assigned then you can change it whatever you want. Sometime not all the Guest users have the privileges to access the Cisco Guest Network. You need to manually assign those privileges.

On your PC if you have installed a Cisco Connect software on top of your computer or server or any client computer, you can come across the guest access password by the use of Cisco Connect software. While you release the Cisco Connect software on your PC click on top of the preference called "Guest Access" at this moment within this window you will be capable to realize the password intended for your guest network. By the use of that password you can connect to the wireless network by using your any handheld device.

As far as I know that the Guest network works on a dissimilar IP address range (192.168.33.x). This permits any guests to connect toward the Internet exclusive of turning out to be a fraction of your private network. The Guest network will humiliate unsecured except one time your guests access the Internet a prompt meant for a password will come into view. This password is provided only by the administrator except not be any other person. The default password may vary depending on the router’s model. The administrator then needs to change that default password.
