System tool spyware, need help

I already applied many tricks to remove the system tool spyware from my windows 7 PC, this is frequently creating problem and basically whenever I tried to execute any problem, if the system is in steady mode without any program execution then this error message does not appears, but whenever tried to run or execute nay program or application in my system this error message flashes, what should I do now? How to overcome from this system tool spyware problem?

The problem might also be occurring for the other third party software or visual effects in applied in your system, where as I was also facing relevant type of problem, after that when I searched on this, I found for some of the visual effect the problem was arrived, if this also happened in your system then simply remove them from your system hard drive and then look whether the problem is still persists or not. I am using AVG antivirus program from a long time, though this was running by my elder brother, and this recently handover to me, now I found that there are some any applications are effected with the virus files, I tried to remove them by update antivirus program, but this does not detect the virus file, along with this the firewall feature of AVG is also not working properly, so now I am willing to replace this security program with a new update program, but no having such information regarding this, is here anyone having any information about the good antivirus program that I can use in my widn9ws vista system? any input will be appreciated greatly.
