    Network's failed - Window Vista

Thank you for all information. But now I have a serious problem about my computer's network. If somebody know, could you give me some tips to solve this problem.
    - I can't connect with internet anyway because it show " Connect status: Unknown - The dependency sevice or group failed to start." I've checked Device Manager, there are no problem and my WiFi and bluetooth still work like usual. But I can't create any new network and actually my network (in My PC) is empty.

    - Also HP Advisor is failed too.

    - I use Window Vista Home and my computer is HP Pavillion dv2.

If somebody know, please give me some information.

    Thank you very much!

Regarding your issue first thing that i will advise you is to check for the latest network driver which might be missing from the system of yours and that is why you are getting the issue with the same. If this is not working for you then you have to reset the TCP/IP Stack. To reset TCP/IP Stack follow below given instruction.

    • Click on Start
    • Go to All Program
    • Click on Accessories
    • Right Click on Command Prompt
    • Select "Run As Administrator"
    • Type netsh winsock reset and hit enter
    • Type netsh int ip reset and hit enter
    • Restart you computer

Thank you very much. I have already done it, but the problem is still the same. After that I checked my Service and all about the connection types and firewall show the same problem. I think maybe I must have a format and change my Window to Window 7 in the same time.

This problem makes me really tired.

Thank you again for your help.

If that is not working for you and you are missing the Network icon from the network setting then i will advise you to follow this.
    • Click the start
    • Search for cmd
    • Right click, run as Admin.
    • netsh winsock reset
    • netsh int ip reset
    • net localgroup administrators localservice /add
    • net localgroup administrators networkservice /add
    • exit

Also check out the below given link which is having the same discussion as you are getting. It might help you with the issue that you are going through.
