    Synchronizing Address book With exchange

    I have been using the exchange for the exchanging of the files that is related to the Microsoft Exchange and also the files that is related to other file systems. I have heard that you can also exchange the Address book details through the use of the Microsoft exchange and then it is that you can use it for the system that you are using. I just want to know that whether it is possible for synchronizing the Address book along with the exchange that I am using. Please give me the detailed steps and also the list of the steps that is needed in it.

    At the start you have to check out for the connection of the network and see that whether it is working out well or not then you can synchronize your address book with Exchange by using Outlook Web Access (OWA). OWA is said to be a Web service that will be providing access to your email and all the contacts. OWA is necessary for the synchronization of the Address Book with Exchange. Address Book provide a means for sync to make the connection with the Exchange by using the OWA.

    And also you can check out the details along with the network administrator or the person who is handling all the details in the department and then take the username and password for Exchange and the address of the Outlook Web Access. You can also access your Outlook by using the settings that is there for the Web Access. And then you can make the use of the Web browser to an Internet address that will be similar to the Web address of the exchange.

    Check out the details of the Active Directory that provides an verification mechanism to various network resources, together with Outlook Web Access. If your network administrator to arrange the Active Directory on this machine using Directory Access, Address Book and it will not need a username and a password. And certainly it will use the information that you enter by opening your session. You can consider changes to the configuration of the access address book, especially related to the establishment of ports.

    For the Configuration of the Address Book you have to synchronize with Exchange by using the below given steps:
    1. At the start you have to use the Open Address Book and choose Address Book from the option of the Preferences.
    2. And then in the General pane you have to select the option of the Synchronize with Exchange and then just click Configure if needed.
    3. After that you have to enter your Exchange user name and password and also the address of the Outlook Web Access.
    4. After that you have to select the option of the Synchronize every hour and if you want to make the use of sync per hour.

    And to physically synchronize Address Book and Exchange, you have to open iSync, that is located in your Applications folder, then click Synchronize.
    See that whether it will working out for you or not.
