Hello friend, I bought Kasperky Internet Security 2011. I have a license copy of Kaspersky Internet security. I worked properly for 6 months. It were detecting virus very well and my computer were not even giving slow performance. Recently I upgraded my Kaspersky internet security. My license left 55 days only. I want to know why it happened. Everything were working perfectly. Why up-gradation cause the problem. What should I do get my original license key. Should I uninstall it and do the installation once again. Anyone here to help me.

Hello friend, this is the common problem that people are while upgrading KIS 2010 to KIS2011.In this post I will tell you how to upgrade KIS with previous license key. First download latest version of Kapresky from its official website. Now install this latest version in your system. While installation your key detail and spam detail will automatically transferred to the new version. The days left for previous key will transferred to the new version. Thus license key will remain same for new version.

Can anybody here tell me what is the difference between Kaspersky 2010 and Kaspersky 2011? I have Kaspersky 2009 in my computer with license. Can I upgrade it directly to 2011 with same key. I think Kaspersky 2011 run more smother than 2009. I visited the official website of Kespersky to follow the instructions . download kespersky 2011 product from it’s official web site.run the installation of the that. It will overwrite the previous installed product. Nothing mentioned about the 2009 product. Anyone can help me out from this issue.

Follow this instruction to work your Kasper product.
Go to Kaspersky official website and search for Kaspersky Antivirus 2011, download it. Here you will get a warning message to save or cancel download click on save button. Save at desire place where you want. Don’t save in windows folder. Wait till download does not complete. It depends on your net speed. If you are having windows XP then begin installation. Click on run button. Installation will start in a moment to your computer. Wait till installation does not finish. Installation will also check for latest version available. Wait for a moment. Click next to start Kaspersky 2011. Please read the agreement and then click on agree. Meanwhile you will ask for activation key. Enter the 20 character key. Which is in set of 4. Then click on next. Wait till activation server does not activate your product. After installation you will see the license type and expiration date. Click finish. It will automatically update from update center.
