After installing Kaspersky 9 antivirus pc majorly slows down

I have installed Windows 7 on my system and I using the Kaspersky Internet Security from many years. Now I upgraded Kaspersky Internet Security 9 and now my system works very slowly and i had problem in upgrading Kaspersky Internet Security 9.When I open Internet Explorer it takes too much of time to open. Once Internet Explorer opens everything is fine means i can surf the internet but speed is very slow. What I have to do to get better internet speed. I need assistance on this. Before upgrading Kaspersky Internet Security 9 I had no problem everything was working fine. Please help me on this

I have gone through your issue. You have to follow some instruction here.First you have to uninstall the earlier version of the Kaspersky Internet Security and after that you need to reinstall the fresh copy from the internet. After this you need to clean the installation. You may also use removal tool for uninstall your older version. This removal tool helps you in entire remove of the earlier Kaspersky Internet Security. Normally you get the Kaspersky removal tool from internet.This process can help to solve the issue.

You can try following steps for update your older version. First you have to remove the earlier version for that you need to do follow work. Open the Kaspersky Internet Security program. right click on Kaspersky and after you have select the exit button. Now you need remove the Kaspersky Internet Security program to do that, select the start button on your desktop and then go to the all programs. Under the programs you get the Kaspersky Internet Security, just click on that. Now on the Kaspersky Internet Security program you have to click on the repair/ remove when all these work done just hit on the OK button. When these all steps completed, use removal tool to remove Kaspersky Internet Security completely. Now you need to reinstall the new Kaspersky Internet Security from the internet and this will solve your problem.

I have experienced the same issue on my system. I change some setting on internet explorer. You can as well go through this steps to reset your internet explorer. First close all internet explorer windows. Now click on the start button on desktop and open the control panel. Under control panel click on the internet option. When the internet option open select the advance tab on top and now just hit the reset button. After this click on OK button, finally restart your system. This will solve your problem of the internet explorer slow down.
