If you are looking to connect two IPs on the single NIC card then you have to go through the below given option that can work with the same. Just go through the same and see whether this is working with the issue of yours or not.
    • Click Start Menu
    • Click on Control Panel
    • Open Network Connections
    • Select the local area connection you want to assign two IP addresses.
    • Now Go to Properties
    • Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
    • Click on Advanced
    • Go to IP settings
    • Click on add
    • Add IP address and netmask

This is the way by which you can access both the IP address on single NIC Card.
