You may as well attempt doing clean boot on your PC. You have to start your PC by utilizing a minimal set of drivers as well as startup programs so that you are able to find out whether a background program is interfering by means of your game or program. This kind of startup is known as a "Clean boot." You have to monitor the system in the Clean Boot setting. If the issue does not happen, it point to that the issue is connected to one application or service we have disabled. You may utilize the MSCONFIG tool once more to re-enable the disabled item one through one to observe the culprit.

After you decide the startup thing or the service that is the reason for the issue, you have to make contact with the program producer to decide whether the issue be able to be determined. After that Type msconfig, plus after that click ENTER. On the General tab, you have to press Normal Startup after that load all device drivers plus services, as well as after that you have to press OK. When you are encouraged, you have to press Restart.
