If you are unable to replace the file then i am having one advise which might help you with the replace of the dll file. First copy the file to some other location for future use. Now Go with the below given steps to delete the Ashbase.dll file.

    • Click on Start
    • Type CMD in Search and hit enter
    • Now it will display a command prompt in list
    • Right Click on Command Prompt and select "Run As Administrator"
    • Type "regsvr32 /u C:\the\file\path\name.dll" in Command prompt
    • Type exit to come out of Command Prompt
    • Now Go to the Program File and delete the Ashbase.dll
    • And paste the new Ashbase.dll file

Do you have any other security program on your system. That means two different antivirus. If yes then you have to get rid of one. Second thing I will recommend you to get a demo or free version of the antivirus from the official website of Avast. Torrent files are not safe and they contain virus. When you run them the virus modifies the file permission, without the users information. Try to remove this and get a official copy instead. Because commercial antivirus checks for authentication.
