I found that it may be a cause of the dial up connection which might be interrupting you to get the connection. So I would like to recommend you to delete the dial up connection and then I hope that this issue might get solved. And one more thing after deleting it and from the Internet Options or Connections "not choose" Connection Settings. If this solves the problem then please let us know.
