Windows 7 Home 64 bit wireless connection showing "limited connectivity"

I newly bought a new HP laptop and the wireless worked very well for concerning a week. At the moment when I attempt to attach to some network all I obtain is that the link has imperfect connectivity. I have spoken through HP and they were zero help and I ended up doing a system reboot and behind all of my documents. I have attempted to turn off the firewalls but to no benefit. From what I have read this is a ordinary subject through the windows 7. When I make use of an Ethernet connection it works just well. I really do not desire to have to drive an hour and a half to take my computer to where I purchased it and I think there must be somewhat in the settings that I am unaware of that is preventing me from making use of my wireless card properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding this I want to know that are you able to attach to the internet? If yes, you might put out of action the error message. And the error message can be caused by several things. This error message can also be prompted when, in fact, you are by now linked to the Internet. If that is the case, you are able to safely disregard the error message.
To disable the error message, follow these steps.
    1. Open network associations from control panel.
    2. Double-tick Local Area Connection and then tick Properties.
    3. In the General tab, tick to clear the Notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity check box.
    4. Tick OK, and then tick Close.

You may also make sure the status of the wireless network card driver and attempt to update the driver if required. Follow the steps to make sure for the Network Adapter in the device manager:
    1. Tick Start, and then tick Control Panel.
    2. ick System and Maintenance, tick System, and then tick Device Manager.
    3. And If Control Panel is in Classic View, double-click System, and then tick Device Manager. If you are displayed for an administrator password or for verification, type the password, or tick Allow.
    4. In Network Adapter, get bigger Network Adapter, right-tick the devices listed. Here you will obtain the device listed. Check if you have any exclamation or cross marks alongside the devices listed. If you do have then there is subject with the adapter installed.

I have this similar difficulty and I do not familiar with if this helped you or not, but it is absolutely something that I have tried many times snd have still gotten nowhere. Please post if you have established a explanation. I have an HP dv4-2145dx and have been dealing through this difficulty for almost a year. If I take it in for service previous to my warranty is up, does anybody think they are able to fix it? Please if you have any suggestion regarding this.

I had this similar matter. I just purchased a laptop along with Windows 7 64 bit and out of the box it works very well. My situation is that I applied the windows updates and confirmed the internet worked very well which it did and I then install Microsoft Office 2010 which I download from Microsoft and one time install is complete the internet issue but the problem is that it will work for a few minutes and then alert me that there is no connectivity and I am not able to obtain on the internet. I then have it run a diagnostic on the wireless and it discovers an subject and fixes it but it only lasts for a small number of minutes then the error pops up and I am kicked off. I have restored it to factory and I am able to surf the net very well until I effort to install office again which I not only paid for but require.
