Outlook 2010: Norton AntiSpam not working

I have just improved Norton Internet Security to the 2011 version, that I believe is supposed to be well-matched with Outlook 2010. On the other hand, all the alternatives below the Norton tab in Outlook 2010 apart from "Open Norton AntiSpam" are grayed out no stuff which folder I go to in Outlook. I am not very certain how Norton AntiSpam works but I don't think that those alternatives are supposed to forever be grayed out. I am using Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit with Microsoft Office Professional 2010 32 bit and Norton Internet Security 2011. Is something incorrect with my Norton AntiSpam?

I have the accurate similar trouble. I am using Windows 7 x64 and Office 2010 32 bit. I have the Norton tab in Outlook but all of the alternatives apart from "Open Norton AntiSpam" are grayed out. I had been told that while NIS 2011 was out it would work with the 32 bit version of Microsoft Office 2010, obviously I was told the wrong way. Does anybody have a way out for this trouble or is it time to begin appearing for a dissimilar safety program?

Could you please give additional information regarding your Outlook 2010 setup? Here is what I would be interested to know to appreciate the trouble:

1. Was a full version or a trial version of Outlook 2010 setup on your PC?
2. If the trial version had been setup, was it improved to the full version?
3. How many Outlook data files are unlocked in your Outlook?
4. Are your Outlook data files password secured?
5. Have you ever distorted default permissions on your mail files?
6. Have you ever renamed any of your built-in folders?

I attempted immobilizing the AntiSpam feature within the key settings, but that causes many errors while Outlook starts. Below that circumstances I observe that the add in leftovers active within Outlook2010 even though it has been turned off in the major NIS settings part and there is no way within Outlook to immobilize it. The Add in Options key while the AntiSpam module is chosen states that there are not alternatives existing. Do you in fact test this matter earlier than you let go it on an unwary public?
