    Online Armor not blocking domain connections, any other firewall can?

    I having problem with Online Armor firewall. I have blocked some sites but after that also accessing by the network. I had blocked youtube site but sill it’s accessing easily. Now I don’t know what to do I need firewall with some of the requirement? Antivirus which has capability of blocks all inbound connections. It able to block connections which are with the specific domains and if at all possible by domain name. It should have program which ask permission before every scan. I am using windows vista so must be compatible with it.
