We raised the domain to windows 2003 R2 to Windows 2008 R2. To use remote RAST I Prepared a client with Windows 7 Professional x64 and inserted in the domain. I am connected With my user (which is domain-admin), I open IE8 and I try to change its options, but I are locked in gray, as if I had more permission to change. If I connect with the domain Administrator can manage them correctly. I tried to connect to a Windows client 7 inserted in the domain prior to moving to Windows 2008 R2 and it works fine. What should I enable on Windows 7?

Check the GPO applied to your account domain. Even if you have your Domain Admin account must cmq subject to the restrictions of the policy applied to the OU where the account resides.
