In a connection my computer is not able to see the server. And all other are able to see the server.

Hello! Friend please help me constantly after I have connected my computer to friends network, my Notebook is unable to access my individual network accurately. My Laptop is running on OS Windows 7 Professional and Server running on OS Windows Vista where as HTPC running with the operating system Windows 7 Professional. After all the setting required I have done I tried to see my computer on server it is unable to access it. Please if you have any idea that solve this issue help me.
