    SG TCP optimizer settings

    If you have a router, log into your router setup and make sure MTU is place to 1492 and restart your router to take result. Afterward, endeavor the below among TCP Optimizer:
    • General Settings tab:

    1. Custom settings: check
    2. Modify All Network Adapters: check
    3. Network adapter selection: NIC
    4. MTU 1492
    5. TCP Receive Window: 127776
    6. Max Duplicate ACKs : 2
    7. TCP 1323 Options:
    8. Windows Scaling: checked
    9. Timestamps: uncheck


    • Advanced Settings tab:

    1. Max Connections per Server: 1
    2. Max Connections per 1.0 Server: 10
    3. Local Priority: 1
    4. Host Priority: 1
    5. DNS Priority: 1
    6. Netbt Priority: 1
    7. QoS: NonBestEffortLimit: 0
    8. ToS: DefaultTOSValue: 80
    9. NegativeSOACache Time: 0

    After that choose Apply Changes and restart to take consequence

    I also have similar issue but I do not have a router. Following are the results subsequent to changing to your settings.
    1. Tested on: 12.20.2009 15:20

    6. RWIN Scaling: 1
    7. Unscaled RWIN: 63888
    8. BDP limit (500ms): 2044kbps (256KBytes/s)

    10. Timestamps: OFF
    11. SACKs: ON
    12. IP ToS: 00000000 (0)

    11. BDP limit (500ms): 16445kbps (2056KBytes/s)
    12. MTU Discovery: ON
    13. TTL: 60
    14. Timestamps: OFF
    15. SACKs: ON
    16. IP ToS: 00000000 (0)
