Getting only Virus Protector screen on my computer

I am facing the problem related to my Virus Protector. The problem is that i am able to access only my Virus Protector screen and not able to access any other screen. Is there anyone who is having some knowledge related with this issue? If you have even little bit knowledge related with this issue, then please post it here. Thanks.

I have a solution for soluting this issue.

1. Restart the system.
2. Then you will require pressing F8 key.
3. Now you will need to start the window in safe mode along with the command prompt.
4. Now type the following command in the command prompt " %windir%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe".
5. After doing this it will restore your system back to point where your Pc was working fine.

I will advise you to do the following try. First try to update the antivirus software. If this does not solve the issue, then you will require reinstalling the antivirus software. I think that doing this will help in solving you problem as it has even helped me in getting my problem solved out. If you are still not able to solve the problem, then send me your reply back.

I am also getting the same problem on my system. I have tried to implement the above solution which is given by the Linux-Us. I was successfully able to restore my system and was able to solve the problem related to my antivirus. Now i am running the system without any problem. It was really a nice solution. So i will like to give thank to you for posting your reply.

You can go for this solution in order to solve your issue.

• Try to backup all the data from the hard drive.
• Then you need to open the Registry Editor
• Here you will require to Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
• Then click on the File.
• Now select Load Hive from it.
• Now you need to make a search for the file which you have copied to the desktop.
• After doing that rename the hive and then press OK.
• You will be able to see a new hive.
• Then will require to delete the Shell registry entry. Rename it.
• After doing that go for testing the hive and try to upload the hive.
• You will require to copy the Software file inside the C:\Windows\System32\Config directory.
• Finally will require to boot back to the hard drive.

It will definitely work for you.
