You need to Download and Run RKill, Before you begin, you should put out of action your anti-malware softwares you have install so they do not get in the way RKill running as some anti-malware softwares detect RKill as malicious. Check the details:
    • You need to Double-click on Rkill on your desktop to run it. (If you are with Windows Vista, please right-click on it and select Run As Administrator)
    • Then a black screen will come into view and after that disappear. Please do not be troubled, that is normal. This means that the tool has been successfully executed.

You can Download OTL to your desktop. Just double click on the icon to run it. Confirm all other windows are closed and to let it run incessant. When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output. Check the boxes next to LOP Check and Purity Check. Under Custom Scan paste this is:
    Code:
    netsvcs
    drivers32
    %SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.*
    %systemroot%\*. /mp /s
    CREATERESTOREPOINT
    %systemroot%\system32\*.dll /lockedfiles
    %systemroot%\Tasks\*.job /lockedfiles
    %systemroot%\System32\config\*.sav
    %systemroot%\system32\drivers\*.sys /180
After that click the run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless or else told to do so. The scan won’t take long. When the scan complete, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL. Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) of these files.
