need ip address for router dsl-n11

I bought an Ass DSL-N11 router to connect to the internet but my provider iinet can't assist with telling me the correct ip address to connect. Can you assist?

Also iinet request the VPI to always be 8 and the VCI 35. Do you need a different number for this router?

As per my search the DSL-N11 Default IP is 192.168.1.1 and also used by 338 other Routers and the DSL-N11 Default Password is also used by 463 other Routers and the DSL-N11 Default Username is also used by 704 other Routers. The IP address after "Route:" (209.179.21.76) corresponds to the router WAN address.
