    Wavecom Fastrack modem drivers

    Hello,
I am also looking for a driver and (a user manual?) For a similar appliance. Someone did this things at home? In addition, I am "noisy" by the internal modem on my laptop. Thanking you in advance for your replies.

    Hello,
For info on the site after a free registration wavecom can download the driver for this modem by going to the download section, obsolete products. My modem is ok I can send sms via hyperterminal but Hayes in command by interfacing with GFI FAXmaker is not no way it works. I guess i am correct here.

I also have the Wavecom Fastrack M1306B. I try to send sms with. I downloaded the only driver available on the website for Wavecom M1306B, I have installed. But after I get nowhere, HyperTerminal does not respond when I connect. I point out the COM port to use and - as stated in the doc - I run with 115,200 bits per second. It seems to connect but I can not write anything in the HyperTerminal window. Also I do not know what to do MuxConfTool, the small software provided with the drivers. If I run, I can select "COM3". When I try the button "open mux" it makes me an error:
    Code:
    "At + gmm command failed"
Are there any settings to change when you click on "open mux"?

The laptop's internal modem should not be a problem since communication application whatsoever to ask which COM port it should connect. Please check or try this first.

    Here are the settings

AT+ CPIN = "xxxx" xxxx is the PIN for your SIM
    OK

    AT + CMGF = 1
    OK

    AT + CMGW = "336 ********"
    > Test message.
    > Type [Ctrl + z]
CMGW +: 8 # This number is to reuse
    OK

AT + CMSS = 8 # Here we must re-use the number given by the modem above.
    + CMSS: 3
    OK
