    Internet connection sharing from PC to Xbox 360

    Hello everyone I have in my possession as a Xbox 360 and I can connect my xbox via the pc to the internet (sharing the connection). I installed windows media connect I get everything it takes to listen to music, see images from my pc on the xbox myself I can not to share my internet connection. I have two network cards and wireless internet access with the livebox. Someone over there can help me please.

    You must connect your Xbox to your PC and turn on your PC whenever you want to play on Xbox Live.
    1. Before connecting cables, turn off your Xbox console, cable modem or DSL and the PC. To turn off an external modem, unplug from the socket.
    2. Connect the output port USB cable modem / DSL available USB port on a PC using the USB cable.
    3. Connect the output port Ethernet network adapter of the PC to the Ethernet port on the back of the Xbox console using the cable crossover.
    4. Turn on your cable / DSL and the PC.
    5. Configure Internet Connection Sharing in Windows to share the connection with the Xbox console.
    6. After you configure Internet Connection Sharing, make sure your PC can actually access the Internet. Otherwise, contact us .
    7. Turn on your Xbox without inserting any disc.
    8. Interface of Xbox, choose Xbox Live.

    The following steps will definitely guide you :
    1. From your PC with Windows XP, access the properties of your Internet connection. Click on "Advanced" and check the "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection.
    2. Wired network to the Xbox 360 network adapter of the PC / laptop.
    3. After turning the Xbox 360, access the System section of the Dashboard and select "Network Settings". Then select "Edit Settings".
      Set the following data:
      • IP address: 192.168.0.2
      • Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
      • Gateway: 192.168.0.1
    4. Set the following additional data:
    5. Primary DNS: 198.168.0.1
    6. Secondary DNS: a choice of your Internet operator (commonly found in the pages of each operator assistance).
    7. Confirm everything and return to the home page of the Dashboard.

    You branch to the red port and then in the console settings> network, you put everything on automatic. Your console branch directly on your livebox with a crossover cable. Far be it from me, I just thought to go back on his console dd it was that it be amended.

    To connect the XBOX 360 directly to the PC you need:
    • a crossover network cable RJ45 (Crossed) is not what comes in the Premium Package
    • PC with network card 10/100 Ethernet

    After connecting the cable RJ45 Crossed the Xbox 360 and PC to turn on both systems.

    Click Start-> Control Panel-> Network and Internet Connections-> Network Connections
    Here are your Network Connections
    1. On the Network Connection Cicco with the right mouse button and select Properties.
    2. Now select TCP / IP and click the Properties button to its right, and enter the following values.
    3. IP address 192.168.0.1
    4. Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0
    5. Gateway leave blank or if you have a router its IP address.
    6. Click OK and the configuration of the PC is almost done.
