The particular error of Attempt to load the cleanup engine failed which you get for your Norton 360 V2.0 PC Tuneup, this error might be due to the terminal service problem over the 360 v2,because computers have the terminal services running and are set to nortons specifications, the version of 360 is based upon the small business edition,it mostly works for the works on Backup Exec, Endpoint and whatever other corporate products they sell.

The pc tuneup which gives you the error Attempt to load the cleanup engine failed and the same error is given for Internet Explorer Temporary Files and Windows Temporary Files steps during the PC Tuneup,so i would like to recommend you that try scanning the whole computer with the os you use and try tuning pc later, after some time restart your machine to check whether the problem lasts or not.

The problem which you are facing for tuneup your pc, and the error which you get about the Attempt to load the cleanup engine failed, therefore i would like to inform you that you may delete the temporary files, these are built in the disk clean up and you can try to restart your machine in safe mode,if you use remote desktop for work on these computers, then download widget tool for your machine.
