Will Norton 360 v3.0 product key work for Norton 360 v4.0

I have newly got a product key for the Norton 360 v3.0 in order to keep my computer protector when my antivirus subscription is about to over. But now I found that the Norton latest antivirus Norton 360 v4.0 is better to protect your computer. So, I want to know the Norton 360 v.30 product key will support the Norton 360 v4.0 as I know that this product key is for the version 3.0 and I want to upgrade it on version 4.0.
