Reloading issue with Norton 360

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is with the application that is Norton 360. I am not able to get process or work well which is needed. As the hard drive leads to crash. In order to get sort of the same it will be better that you all can provide the solution. Hope to get the solution to get process as needed.
