Go in and check for the Administrative rights for the same. There are settings provided and you can use it. You can set the Vmware permission as per your choice and that is not a quiet a big deal. Those permission can be allocated to the users of Active Directory or to the local users also on the VC server. But there might be some difference in the Standalone client. Try the Microsoft AGLP model for permissions.

Windows Seven, 32 and 64 bit is not supported by VMware, like previous versions of VMware vSphere Client 4.0.0. But the converter has not received a recent update to correct the problem to run the software. For fixing any error go to Start > Run > services.msc and search for Converter VMware Server vCenter. Right click on that and go to Properties > Connection. Choose open a session as this account and restart VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Client.

It is strongly recommended to use both features to the extent that the Active Directory services are based on an integrity check on all permanent objects in the directory. Using Snapshots, Suspended-state and non-persistent disks may be the source of corruption and inconsistencies Active Directory replication. For this reason, it is necessary to administer the domain controllers with a defined role on which access to features Snapshots are disabled.

To avoid network bottleneck due to the simultaneous use of a single card by multiple virtual machines, it is necessary to configure a dedicated network adapter for DC virtualized. It is more advisable to use the functionality MAP View (VMWare) to graph the resultant network topology configuration of virtual network cards, and potentially optimize the replication topology.

Do not perform a conversion operation of physical machines to virtual machines on an Active Directory, and even less about a host assuming the role of domain controller. On one hand it is not supported on the other hand, it will be seen here and there about corruption data base NTD. The architecture is based on Active Directory replication and redundancy multi-master in order to guard against any disruption of service in case of failure of a DC

Well that is just the difference between Server and Workstation version. The server you should really on a separate machine on the network and then access it. really want to be with you to have a local machine if you, yes you can also use the vmware player. You can use the local users can log in with you as normal where is the vmware server also know that a domain is available.
