Norton Safety Minder not recording activity properly

I have recently install the Norton Safety Minder and set it to the parental control software and at that time it used to work properly on my computer. then after one week my hard drive got some problem of crashing so I have to reinstall my windows xp in my computer. After that I install the Norton Safety Minder in my computer with the new name.But I found that the monitoring of the software was not working properly. So, I just remove the main user and also the child user and the added again with the previous name but that also doesn't work. I visited some of the website but it do not show in it list and not able to track them.So, I am looking for the proper solution to get solve with my problem.

The Norton Safety Minder is the parental control software which stop the accessing to the other child user from seeing the illegal or porn website. This software lets you create different account in which there is the administrator account which gives the access control to the other user. So you just make the note that you have not given the administrator rights to the child user because there is no record of the administrator websites.

If the Norton Safety Minder is not working properly and not keeping any track of the visited website then just go for the other users and check out which user is given the protection check properly or not then if it still having the problem then you should also make note that the website like the AOL,IM ,search etc it doesn't seem to have any track on them. But when you go for the any illegal content search it should stop the child user and track that website.

You are facing the problem with the working of the Norton Safety Minder then just go for the profile setting and make a list of some of the website which should be blocked for the child user. If you have set your child user profile in the proper manner then to facing the same problem then you just need to uninstall it and reinstall it again. The Norton Safety Minder is used for the blocking for the website which you don’t want to be access It can be made by using child user which don’t have the accessing power to access the illegal site which is blocked by the Admin user. The main Admin user just set the profile of the child user in which restriction is given to the website which is not to be accessed. If it is not responding after the setting up the software then just uninstall it and then put the clean installation of the Norton Safety Minder again.
