Getting Error 633

Hi,

I bought a new modem from reliance. Model is EC121, when i followed the steps given in the guide, finally when i connect , it shows up an error...

Error 633: your modem or connecting device is already in the use.

i tried all the options like uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and done all the updates but their is no hope ..help me to get rid of this..

It seems that the Modem is used by some of the application. If uninstallation and installation of the same is not working with the system of yours then i will advise you to go with the releasing of the COM PORT and then see whether you are getting this work or not.
