Failure to 'see' Network Attached Storage (NAS) in Windows 7

I am using Network Attached Storage (NAS) in Windows 7. After the boot on the CD and a few lines of operation and more, we find ourselves faced with this minimalist interface reminding us that we have to do , its version , IP address , and the FreeNAS console setup.
