Laptop Infected With Trojan Horse Droper Generic 2 Rsi

I opened-up my laptop and AVG recognized a virus Trojan Horse Dropper Generic 2 RSI .. I performed the scanning of my whole laptop then got that it was from a software with the name of "scrambler.exe" I don't have any idea where it
was from. Used to ask the user on the internet, and a user states that I have been working with an illegal software, which I have no idea what it actually was. I am not even confirm that if the user was serious or not about this. I really need some help and suggestion . I just needed to clear out the virus.

You need to go for the downloading , installation , updation and run the SUPERAntispyware.. Just make sure to do the full/complete scanning . If it is getting blocked then you may have to be within the Safe Mode.

Also grab Malwarebytes, this is the procedure to run it:

• Make double-click onto the mbam-setup.exe and go through the prompts to perform the installation of program.
• At the end, just make sure that a checkmark is placed just after the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and open up the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then after click on the Finish.
• If an update got detected , it will download and perform the installation of newly released version.
• Once the program has launched and loaded on the memory, choose Perform full scan and then start Scanning .
• When the scan got finished => OK=>Show Results to get the results.
• Just make sure that entire thing has been checked, and then click on the Remove Selected.

Thanks for the suggestion and help .. I was just wondering for the solution and found one of the site where one of the user having the same problem. Other experts suggested that you need to go for the ESET for this operation with the online scanning procedure ..


What do I perform with the infected registry recognized by the Malwarebytes ? I have not finished anything with the same yet, do I delete them out
while I am in the safe mode? This is what I have done and the result is reflected with the ESET Online Scanner log file:

C:\Windows\System32\YMSG12ENCRYPT.dll probably a variant of Win32/Agent trojan cleaned by deleting - quarantined
D:\My Documents\Keygen\Xilisoft Video Cutter 1.0.28 (Build 0523).Keygen.exe probably a variant of Win32/Agent trojan cleaned by deleting - quarantined

Yeah , Go through the prompts and be constant with the malwarebytes remove the malware, then after boot up within the normal mode and perform the scanning process again . Scanning within the safemode with the malwarebytes will not detect the entire thing so you have to perform the scanning within the normal windows mode also. Scanning in safemode supports when malware restricts malwarebytes from running but it is good to run the same within the normal mode to find entire thing..
