    Missing ieencode.dll.000

After doing the upgradae to internet explorer version 8, I used to start the uninstallation but got the error message as suggests that cannot find ieencode.dll.000 the uninstall cannot not be done. Internet is unstable and I am unable to get some websites as it will have to be terminated. The system restore not functioning and now it assumes that I have to for the reformatting of my system which I don't need to do . Any suggestion ..

Your Windows registry, with common use, stores up a wide deal of settings for your software programs and hardware peripherals - this data overload can sometimes go across to these errors you are currently found with. By the way, if you are running with the programs that are not working completely as well as feasible then you will find the proper registry repair tools that can be helpful for you to come out from the issue , with the result that their "good behavior" is returned back into the normal.

Such type of errors seem to originate probably in the damaged registry system. Windows works with the registry to control the functionality onto different 'instructions' and paths needed to manage your different software and hardware - faulty or incorrect paths are responsible for most issues . Fortunately, there happen to be various handy tools provided on the web which facilitates you with the capability to address and repair such type of issues both frequently and - very necessary - safely.

1- Execute the below suggested command from the command prompt.

    %windir%\ie8\spuninst\spuninst.exe

Internet Explorer will be launched to try to uninstall. Following given, I have included the path of the files to perform the uninstallation and it will hang on. You have to paste within the directories for a frequent uninstallation.

    hmmapi.dll.mui
    C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\en-US

    ieakmmc.chm
    C:\windows\ie7
    C:\windows\help
    C:\i386

    inetcorp.iem
    C:\WINDOWS\inf\IEM\0409

    windows feed discovered.wav
    C:\windows\media

    advpack.dll.mui
    C:\windows\system32

    admparse.dll.mui
    C:\windows\system32\en-US

    2- ieencode.dll.000
The suggested file will not be available on to the system. You have to copy the ieenocde.dll and tag the .000 extension
3- Copy the file from: C:\windows\ie8
4- Paste into the same directory.
5- Change the name of the file with ieencode.dll.000
    6- Proceed
    7- Restart.
