Not able to connect to wifi through Netgear DG834Gv3 router in Windows 7

I have a Netgear DG834Gv3 wireless router and the problem is that it is not getting connected to wi-fi. I do not know what could have been the issue? Please do help me out so that I can make the desired change which will let the thing to process as needed. Do look out and function which is essential for you.
