To block Yahoo Messenger, you need to enter its IP address in the block list and also the its port in the list. I am not sure about what the IP is on your end, but on my network it is 98.137.149.56/24 and it is using port 5050. Check it before you block anything on your side. Also block Meebo which allows to use YIM without any installation. |
