ave.exe virus, also atapi.sys & Google re directs

I have installed windows vista on my system and there is something wrong with this system i guess. Actually my system is performing so slow and when i am trying to scan my system by using SUPERAntiSpyware then it says that there is an ave.exe and atapi.sys on my system which has been infected but it is not able to remove them. My system keeps on getting the fake anti-virus popups and google automatically redirects to some web pages. Now how do i remove this viruses from my system?

Everybody is just complaining about the fake anti virus pop ups on their windows systems and this virus has been spreaded in such a way that most of an anti virus softwares are not able to remove them. I think you should try scanning your computer in the safe mode in which it might be able to remove the detected viruses from your system. Keep on pressing F8 key when your system gets started. And then select for Safe Mode to boot and then scan your system.

It might happen that your SUPERAntiSpyware would not be updated and because of which it is not able to remove the detected viruses from your system. I think you need to use some other anti virus software which would be able to clean your system from all the types of viruses. I have given you the link from where you can download an Avast Anti Virus which is great software for securing your system from the viruses. Click on an AVAST to download it.

I suggest you to keep your Firewall always enabled or you may use any third party firewall which is needful when you surf through an internet. Actually it scans for each and every bit of data which load on your system. And if there would be even a single bit of data malicious on an internet then it would be stopping your from visiting that particular page. Go to the Control Panel from the start menu and change the settings of your Firewall.

As your browser is redirecting you directly on an infected web pages which means that your browser has been infected and instead of repairing an internet browser, You should reinstall the browser on your system. But before that you may check the settings on your browser that which page has been set as a default page. First uninstall the browser and then clean all the viruses from your system and then reinstall the browser. Make sure that NONE has been selected as a default page of your browser.

I think you have visited some malicious web sites as from where these kind of viruses enters into your system, Most probably pornographic web sites has this kind of viruses which forcefully offers you to download the anti virus softwares on your system which are not really gonna download anything other then a more viruses on your system. You should block this kind of sites from the browser's settings.
