Help me please. I have a trojan virus both in my windows and firefox exec files. AVG can't remove them. thank you for helping me.

It is urgency to perform a complete scan on your system with some good updated antivirus program. Personally i recommend you to install Microsoft security essentials. Am using it and am satisfied with the same. Or you can choose your preference from the list of antivirus available for download here.

Hello thank you for responding. I did try the scanning. two were deleted but the other two couldn't so am trying to find a way to get rid of them.
