The browser could not find the host server

I'm using a PC with XP and a USB TP-Link trying to connect with a PC with a Linksy router but keep getting the message "The browser could not find the host server" The network connection info on my XP shows everything as being a-ok

I think that this problem is because of a maintenance activity which is in progress in your area. It would be better if you try to confirm this with your network provider. Hope this will help you
