You need to make use of the updated files for you AVIRA, so that you will able to remove the virus infected file from your computer. It is required to just update the system antivirus and then you will able to remove the virus file. If you have the updated virus database, then only you will able to remove that file. As the updated antivirus can only able to remove the virus files from your computer.

You have to make use of the safe mode in this case. If you are having problem that your antivirus is detecting the virus infected files, but not able to remove that, then you can use the safe mode and then remove the virus infected file. Just press the F8 key and then select the option of the safe mode. Now scan whole computer with the Antivirus application and then you will able to remove the virus infected file.

If you are having name of the virus then you can simply able to make use of the task manager and simply click on the process which is related to the virus file. Then you just need to delete that file and then you will able to resolve the problem. As after that you just need to search that file and then you will able to delete that file. So, just do that.

Oh yes go ahead and delete it. You'll get rid of the problem... and your WLAN too. The athivhs dynamic link library is not a trojan it's actually the Atheros Independent Vendor Hardware Service which is a key element in connecting to your internet. If you want this to be less buggy, I'm trying something that might work.
Go to Device Manager > network adapters section > right-click device and select properties > power management
uncheck the box that says "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
Other than that, keep your drivers updated.
