Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Is a protocol that allows a user to connect to a computer running Microsoft Terminal Services. He is the successor Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and is implemented from the R2 version of Windows Server 2008. It completely replaces the Terminal Services. The main difference between RDP and RDS, RDS is that virtualizes customer environments. An element can manage resources and allocate them to customers: Broker Login. RDS is part of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) established by Microsoft.
