KIS 2010 problem with tablet

I am using a Toshiba Portégé M700 and also a dell inspiron desktop which i s running with windows 7. Also recently i have upgraded my Kaspersky 2009 internet security to Kaspersky internet security 2010. right after this upgrade both of my device have stopped functioning properly. Since when i open the KIS on my Tablet using the pen the cursor won't move. please help me how to solve KIS 2010 problem with tablet

I think that the application is not working because Upgradation of the Kaspersky internet security 2009 to Kaspersky internet security 2010. Hence the best possible solution to get rid of this problem is to downgrade your system again to the earlier version Kaspersky internet security 2009. This should wok in your case.

It appears as you have not added the tablet application to the Trusted: From settings -> Threats and exclusions -> Trusted zone -> Trusted applications also set your preference to Do not monitor activity checked. I think that the pen will start working as soon as you apply these settings. all the best.

The newer version of the kaspersky antivirus may be considering the tablet PC as a different system and hence it is causing all the errors so try to check the table once again by simply installing the previous version again on your Tablet and check whether the problem appears again. Your problem should get solved

Check whether the pen is working properly or not since it seems as you bamboo pen device is not working properly and hence the cursor is not moving properly. The best possible option which you have to get rid of this problem is to get check the pen on a different tablet PC. hopefully you will fix this issue soon.
